Nex is looking for a part-time contract graphic designer to assist in generating cross-channel marketing content. This is a remote contracting (freelance) position, but has growth potential to evolve into a full-time role in the future. We’re looking for someone with extensive design experience, who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty on creative development, but can also can take on substantial brand projects and be a core partner with the Nex marketing team.
Nex is a motion-based entertainment company behind Active Arcade, a motion tracking fitness game that has received critical acclaim worldwide, particularly popular in the Greater China region. In Jun 2022, we have been nominated as the finalist of Apple Design Award 2022 in the Innovation and Social Impact categories. We’re creating a whole new world of play. If you’re are excited to work on a new type of immersive gaming in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re seeking a production-savvy independent designer who knows how to craft engaging, visually rich content. We’re seeking someone who can take projects end-to-end—from raw materials to finished executions ready for the web or social media.
The contractor will work directly with the marketing team to source assets, video/photography and work within brand guidelines. You will also design and help execute impactful cross-channel digital content, repackaging and recutting videos and static content to establish closer connections with our target audiences through social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging gaming platforms like Twitch and Discord.
The ideal contractor has a digital-first background and has a finger on the pulse of new visual trends. You thrive when immersed in all things related to design, graphic production, and have a passion for developing new content to engage and delight consumers.
