Position Overview
As a Partnership Manager at Nex, you will play a key role in supporting our partnership strategy by managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand our network of IP partners. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, you will assist in maintaining strong partner relations and facilitating marketing initiatives with the world’s biggest brands including the NBA, Disney, Hasbro, Mattel, Dreamworks, NBCU, Sesame Street, Paramount, Nickelodeon and more.
What You Will Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or a similar role. They should possess a proven track record of successful partnership development and management, along with strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is an analytical mindset with the capability to assess and improve partnership outcomes. A passion for innovation and excellence is crucial for success in this role.
